Financial Climate 0 - 1 Bradleys

Today is the first of the month and therefore figures day. Normally an exciting day when the culmination of everyone's hard work all comes together and is added up to see if together all the offices and departments of Bradleys hit their collective target.

So far the Estate Agency on both sales and lettings have beaten the target, Financial Management are also looking good so I am hopeful that when all the results are in by the end of the day we should have done a little better than expected. I have just been comparing the start of this year to the start of last year and it shows that we are just doing a little bit better so in this financial climate I think that is a good result. March is traditionally when the market gets going each year and I am hopeful that we will see sales really pick up this month. We will have to wait and see.
